Bobcat Work?

Anyone had any Bobcat work done that can tell me what they charge nowadays?
I need the front and back yard tilled and leveled now that everything else is done. Should I hire it out, or rent it and do it my self?
I am familiar with the operation of the bobcat, but not enough to be sure of myself to do it.

Since you're not 100% sure of yourself, hire it done.
Most landscaping companies should be able to level off, get the grades right for the correct drainage and hydroseed or sod everything you need done in a day or 2.

I am gradually doing my yard myself. It's alot like work but kind of fun also.

Around here Bobcat work is done from 40-70 a hour.
If you are going to level your yard. A bob cat may not be needed. A Tractor and a box blade or scraper blade works wonders.
To have a .5 acre yard leveled, basement back field and seeded with a 2 year death coverage. Cost 700 bucks. To me that is a dang good deal. You should get a few prices and see what your area charges.

bobcat here is 235 plus 40 delivery. They are easy to drive and a lot of fun really a no brainer. I am also a fan of the bobcat mini excavbator. a sinch to operate

Well how big is your property? If just a regular sized lot a rake and shovel would be your best bet... you can buy alot of those for $40.00 an hour..

also the rental place here has a weekend warrior special you get sat and sun for a 1 day price and a 3 day weekend like memorial day for a 1 day price also
