Port carers Call for May Day GENERAL STRIKE! A production
Question: This explains a lot, how the recent immigration rallies were organized and for what purpose. All U.S. Ports and Rails; The Community, car Drivers, and Students United! Answer: The Mission Statement - GDC Preamble Answer: Who is a guiding force with the capability to bring so many together and for what purpose you ask? Glad you ask.... From the first link above: And what is their agenda you ask? Answer: Goals of the General Defense Committee Answer: The site quotes Karl Marx and Stalin. What are many of the governments south of our border modeled after? If you thought it was sheer coincidence so many were able to be organized so quickly after the announcement of proposed changes to the Immigration laws by the House and Senate, think again. This has been in the works for quite some time. Answer: Me thinks you meant "Marx and Engles" not Stalin. Answer: Who is quoted is and from of the WWI.Org site. Answer: What is going to happen? How are the many legal, law abiding Americans like you and I and most everybody else, going to re-act to those who don't obey the law and flaunt it, telling us that they are above the law? Me? I'm afraid to jay walk folks. Afraid it will cost me. It's no bull about the people trying to get in here. My American friend was engaged to this English guy. They both had masters degrees and jobs. They had to wait forever for him to be allowed in so they could get married. And he woulda helped the tax base big time. It's wrong folks. And we should be "mad as hel and not take it any more." Does anybody know a link to read political analysis of what may happen? Is it predicted that we will all roll over? What organization can every true American send $5 to to help the cause? I don't really know of any true American that would not send it. Answer: My hope is 1) Securing of the borders. 2) NO law breaking is rewarded w/ citizenship or first in line. Go back and do it right IF you want to be right. Do not reward lying and stealing from the American people. Both were required for them to position themselves here.3) Jail any employer who hires a person that isn't here legally. Require, instead of prohibit like it is now, an employer to thoroughly investigate. 4) Not enough cheap labor? Put factories in prisons. Very humane to allow those who want to work to do so. And take those who want to do other jobs places. Have you not seen Cool Hand Luke? Well figure in some decent wages and things. Answer: I thought the Wobblies were out of business a long time ago. Maybe they're just under ANSWERs umbrella. BOL Answer: The imperialistic American government is lying to you!!!! Answer: And as a counterpoint Answer: Answer: Answer: So there are options ..... the fact the Latino rallies were not exaclty serendipity came as no surprise to anyone who thought about it .. it was mighty organized. Nothing like having a few thousands communist's and socalists making it happen. Support whichever you wish, but I personally like Dr Pepper, so the 747's won't help me! Answer: And if you care to join IWW, here's what you agree to: Answer: Answer: Answer: I would rather get them out of the cars, send them back to they're home country making the supply of CDL driver's smaller and the demand for driver's greater hinse raising wages and freight rates for everybody!!! Now if we can just make it real hard to get a CDL by raising training standards and implementing a conditional CDL after driving school that will take a minimum of 500 to 800 hours with a CERTIFIED and BONDED trainer with no less than 3 years experience riding in the passenger seat signing off on the trainee's log book before getting a full CDL! Raising the cost of training new blood so high that it will be worth alot more money to retain experienced veterans in the industry raising wages and rates for everybody!!! Supply and Demand! The less supply of drivers the higher the demand for drivers the higher the wages and rates will go! Just my opinion! Answer: Trading Sovereignty for Globalism Posted by The Watchdog - April 7th, 2006 SF Gate The government’s apparent dereliction of duty may be ascribed to a long-term goal of transnationalism or globalism. Bush certainly has his eyes set on such a future. It was during a 2005 North American Summit with Fox and Paul Martin, then prime minister of Canada, at his Crawford ranch that Bush signed on for a brave new borderless world. According to a Council on Foreign Relations document, a five-year plan involved the “establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community” with a common “outer security perimeter.” As reported at the time by Phyllis Schlafly, “the CFR document lays ‘the groundwork for the freer flow of people within North America,’” or rather, “a space in which trade, capital, and people flow freely.” Last weekend’s meeting of the Trilateral Summitin Cancun likely furthered this goal. While this might sound a bit conspiratorial, it’s hard to deny that everything is leading inexorably in that direction. The disregard for border security, the influx of illegal immigrants in numbers unprecedented in history, free trade agreements and increasing foreign ownership are fast producing a transnational hub where once a country stood. Today, we find ourselves facing a future unlike any previous generation’s. It’s a future in which America as a sovereign nation could cease to exist. Posted in Globalism Answer: Answer: BINGO!! Maybe not as much as the three years you go on to detail -- but this is way to stop the "cheap newbie" turnover: Make it moe expensive to keep turning over drivers, than keeping the ones they've got. I don't thinlk some realize that the entry-level companys really DON'T want folks to stay too long. A student on a wekly stipend wage with a trainer run the cheapest miles. After they get their own car, their freight costs more per mile. It wouldn't take much to tip the cost balance, so they'd start looking at training and turnover as something to avoid, instead of something they need to create to hold costs down. Answer: Answer: Ok, I see that. However, my point was that Karl Marx and Engles were the AUTHORS of the Communist Manifesto, from which the Ten Planks are found and the "basis" upon which Soviet Russia was formed. Whereas, Uncle Joe was just a really bad man who used his power to decide what communism was going to be like as long as he was in charge, and it really bore little resemblance to the theory, in practice. The idealism of socialism and communism looks as good on paper as our system of government, depending upon how you look at life. The practical realities of how each system works are an entirely different manner. No offense was intended, I simply thought you had confused who the authors were, as both Engles and Stalins' first names are Joe. Answer: "We'll all be drinking that free Bubble-Up, and eating that Rainbow Stew" Merle Haggard I said somewhere else; Forget a comprehensive solution that encompasses all aspects of the problem. 1st Stop the flood. Secure the border 2nd Develop a secure Guest Worker Program 3rd Locate and prosecute the lawbreakers whether they be a worker or an employer. You will never get a bill passed that does all three. You got to focus on one issue at a time and stick to it. You cannot allow the opposition to manipulate the issue and its' discussion with emotionalism, rhetoric or obfuscation.
