Hey Opie... I gotta ?
Question: I dunno if u have seen my , but I since I have posted this page I have been told by many people that I have a great talent and that I need to market these designs. Only one BIG problem....I have used copyrighted company logos on most of these designs. Also I've been told to present these designs to many of the companies for some kind of business proposition...how can I do that? Or can I? I have no clue on infringement laws or what is or is not allowed. I have also had people to tell me that even *if* the copyrighted company logos are on my designs, it does not matter because these are *MY* designs. I really do not see how this can actually be legal..I mean for me to market these designs. I only made these for my friends and the only thing I spent on them was my time. I did not ever intend on selling them but now that it has came to my attention I am just curious on the legal point of views concerning this matter. All opinions and information greatly appreciated ~*~Deanna~*~ Good things come to those who wait...impatience only prolongs the glory. Answer: I am sort of busy right now as I am getting ready to head to Phoenix for a trial. I will try to get to this tonight, otherwise it will have to wait.
