Driver-only Leasing

Question:
We're a private motor carrier that, from time to time, provides fully-qualified drivers to other entities performing motor carrier operations. This arrangement has never been formalized in any meaningful way. We just provide a driver - no CMV, cargo, tie-downs, etc.
I have been trying (for some time) to find out if there is any standardized language for a driver-only lease. No luck so far.
Are there "dos and don'ts" regarding driver-only leasing?
Horror stories?
Success stories?
Other issues, good, bad, or ?
Thanks, in advance, for any responses.

Answer:

You are saying that your a employment agency!
Find info within your county and state.
Ryder logistics does the same thing. Not only do they supply equipment for dedicated work, they supply workers of all kinds to the company they contract with.
You must pay workmen,s comp,Soc. Sec and any employee tax if your county or state requires it.
You pay the employee a set wage with all benefits
that you offer.
You collect a set amount from the company that you are leasing your employee for.
