Expunge Records
Question: Does anybody know how long you have to have a clean record before they will expunge your records? Also, if a company requests your records will it show up as sealed or expunged or "NO RECORDS FOUND"? Has anyone ever did this before.......and if so about how long does the process take??? My records are in Florida...... Thanks, Korn Answer: I understand that attorney Evelyn Hill in Arkansas is an expert on driving record expungement. I do not know the answer to your question but will try to get her to respond. Answer: I thought it was 10 years but I might be wrong Answer: Applications usually ask for work records for 10 years, and traffic violations for 3. The states "usually" hold your MRV for 7 years. However .. remember this .. any company you were driving for in the past 10 years will report your tickets and accidents to the new company, and of course there is always DAC to contend with. It's complicated ... Monty Answer: In Tennessee, tickets are "gone" from MVR 3 years from the issue date. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.cartaste.com
