driving record question??

Question:
While driving in California on november 2003 a car failed to maintain lane position on I5 (we were both going north bound) and ran into the side of my car, I was not given a ticket....The final police report said the driver of the car was cited for "failure to maintain lane position".
I have just applied for a driving job at a LTL company that requires a CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD!! Will this wreck that I was not responsible for come up on my record and give me a problem??? This is the only wreck I have ever been in...
Thanks in advance for any help
By the way, I live in Oregon if that makes a difference..

Answer:

Go to your local driver's license facility and pull your own driving record to see what shows up.
Be safe.

Answer:

If the carrier you were driving for at the time of the accident uses DAC, then you need to obtain a copy of your file and determine what, if anything, negative-or-positive, that the carrier placed into your file regarding the accident/incident.
