First grade or not it is true
Whether or not it is first grade or not is moot. It is the truth. How about another. Before you try to take the speck out of someone else's eye take the log out of your own. Are you going to call Jesus first grade?
Opinions are like A**holes. Everyone has one and it always stinks

First off sir don't you DARE mock Jesus. Because you don't even know Jesus and/or what chapter and virse that quote is from. Also before you quote God's Word make sure you read the thr rest of the chapter after your virse. And where you pulled this virse from you need to read the two chapters before it!!
Here is something pasted below from another post:
paste
But to make you a little happy. I quote some for you...
Matthew 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
Matthew 7:13&14
Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which to in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
The next chapter pertains to the leader of the cult that you belong to.
Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Also, verse 16:
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? I'll skip to verse 20. This is how I know there's a problem with your leadership.
20: Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
The next three verses will give fear to you when you stand before God in the great white throne judgement. (The judgement of the damned).
Matthew 7:21-23
21: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23: And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

I beg your Pardon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was born again in 1979, Attended Multnomah School of the bible in 1981. Attended Life Bible College in 1982-1985. Was associate Pastor of Jesus is Alive ministries in Riverside California. Founding Pastor of Hosanna Foursquare Church in Gresham OR. Senior Pastor of Pioche Foursquare Church in Pioche NV. Founding Pastor of Grace Foursquare Church in Ely NV. Have been a bi-vocational pastor for over 10 years of my life and was in ministry for 20.
As for where that verse is found.
Matthew 7:1-6
1 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
Here is another for you
1 Corinthians 3:1-4
1 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. 2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; 3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
and another
22 Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23 But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. 24 And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, 25 in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, 26 and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
And another
Galatians 5:13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." F18 15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another! 16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, F19 fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, F20 drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
Let me ask you this. Which list apply's to how you treated honeybee and how you regularly post?
Maybe you should think a little more about the great white throne of Judgement "Bro"?

I really don't get it at all. What is with you guys? I can understand # 5 of her statement being a little annoying....but what is the problem with defending yourself or someone else if they are picking a fight? Who cares if she feels she is wonderful? Is that so hard for you to take that you must act like a bunch of nitpickers and jump all over it. I really don't get this at all. At this time in our country when there is saddness everywhere, this is all you can find to do? Pick each others words apart? I love this site. When I first joined I was amazed at how much information there was here. I was always telling my husband about who knew what and all the great stuff. I would be ashamed if he took my advice and popped on here now. Come on guys grow up.

United We Stand

Answer:

If any of you follow the thread I apparently created a hornets nest. I did not intend to start WW3, I'm not a spiteful person, usually very mild mannered and only fight back when cornered. In fact, I will usually turn and run rather than face a confrontation.
I apologize for stirring up that trouble. I don't plan to join back in that thread, but will see what they say and determine who my friends and foes are..
Take care..

To Honeybee:
You may want to reconsider "I don't plan to join back in that thread, but will see what they say and determine who my friends and foes are". It's been my experience and others' on these forums that your friend today will be your adversary tomorrow on a different topic.
To Retread Rose:
Please don't feel obligated to dump all the unwanted junk from other forums on this one. We try to run a little classier board here. And if you are going to dump a thread over here, please dump the whole thread so we know what it's about and what responses have been made. Essentially, you have given us the middle without the beginning or the end. It is silly to have to read comments on one board and respond to them on another!!!!
