The rough thing about building your own refinery would be that by the time you get through all the red tape of dealing with the democrats and their super left wing of environmentalists and fighting the other oil competitors who have tried on their own to build new facilities and failed.............he'll probably be dead.
If Chevron can't seem to make it happen then what makes him think he can?

If it meant lower prices for everybody,I'd let him build it in my backyard (if it was big enough). Seriously, the red tape to cut through here would be enormous, unless of course the "right investors" were to get involved, if you know what I'm getting at...

Our Premier has been after oil companies or others to build new refineries in Alberta.
Produce the Gas and Diesel etc. from our crude oil and ship it to the USA as a finished product.
