Well it is about time! Deport them as fast as you catch them

Question:

ASHINGTON, Aug. 10 — Citing concerns about terrorists crossing the nation's land borders, the Department of Homeland Security announced today that it planned to give border patrol agents sweeping new powers to deport illegal aliens from the frontiers abutting Mexico and Canada without providing the aliens the opportunity to make their case before an immigration judge.
The move, which will take effect this month, represents a broad expansion of the authority of the thousands of law enforcement agents who currently patrol the nation's borders. Until now, border patrol agents typically delivered undocumented immigrants to the custody of the immigration courts, where judges determined whether they should be deported or remain in the United States.

Maybe some of those letters are paying off.

Answer:

The border agents will focus on deporting third-country nationals, rather than Mexicans or Canadians, and they are expected to begin exercising their new powers on Aug. 24 in Tucson and Laredo, Tex.

Answer:

This government is totally inept. It is completely out of control. But this won't last long. Watch what happens...

Answer:

If they can't come into this country through the legal channels, their entry is illegal by law, regardless of verbal back patting by Heads of State.

Answer:

Whoopity do, spend 10 times the money adding more cops to the border, instead of just enforcing the laws against the scum drawing them over here in the first place.
Indentured servitude is still illegal as is slave trafficking, and most people know these illegals mostly already know where they're going and who they're going to work for before they ever leave Mexico, but when was the last time you read in the papers about one of their employers getting 5 to 10 in the Federal pen for their part in this illegal traffic?
This stuff is easy to stop, but as long as the public tolerates bribery and organized criminal activity in their political system it is only going to get worse. What is really hilarious is we probably owe Guatamalans and Salvadorians a hell of lot more than Mexicans, due to interfering with their attempts at real democracy and murdering them for decades.
I really have no problem with people from Puerto Rico, the Phillipines, Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, Britain, coming here, and I don't even think we should require them to have green cards, just a good medical test for desease control and sanitation reasons; all these peoples have all stood with us during some bad times, and even with Dim Son pretending to be a 'President', and we owe them a lot as well. There are plenty of people from these places who can immigrate back and forth who have helped us out who should get first pick, more than enough to satisfy any temporary shortages we may have, if any. and we can do away with being the dumping grounds for narco states and dictator's self inflicted stupidity.

Answer:

It's just like the purported WAR ON DRUGS!
Too many hands (including high ranking politician's hands) are out to stop the flow.

Answer:

Hey Dr. M I met several Filipinos in Buffalo. WY while on vacation and they are here on work visa's for unskilled labor. I didn't believe the guy and had his cousin bring his when he came into work the next shift.
Funny how some people can follow the law and others can't.
