I've noticed that there is a 'Live Help' button at the bottom of each page........does anybody even work it?
I mean every time I scroll to the bottom of any page, it says..........

The Live help function has been there for quite a while now. It does not enjoy much company though, which can be a good thing. Most don't need as much help as they once may have.
