If you detect sarcasm in my voice, that's because there is. If the local Miami area highway patrol was really concerned about cracking down on car drivers they wouldn't warn all the idiots on the preceding days before their alleged crackdown.
Are there car drivers driving recklessy in the Miami area? Hell yeah! They pull containers and don't speak English. And the cops won't touch them because there are afraid of them.
The truth be known, the real problem in an area that's ranked number one with American's worst drivers is the general public can't handle all the congestion, plus they can't drive wide open and they're lashing out at car drivers for being in the way.
So big boys remember you're going to be targeted for a Kodak moment for the six o'clock news.
