Has anyone worked with a SUPER BERTHA from Kentucky trailers? Can it take any weight?
*Please no jokes about plump women--this is a trailer model from Kentucky mfg co.*
Haven't had any dealings with the Super Bertha but pulled a Kentucky trailer for 6 years and was very happy with it. I pull a Matlock trailer right now and hope to get back to a Kentucky in the near future. Very good trailers!
OK can someone tell me what exactly a Super Bertha trailer is?
maxi cube 53' moving van
They enlisted the Teamsters’ help after the company decided that it would no longer pay them hourly wages but compensate them based on mileage, which would have cut their income in half
a "Super Bertha" trailer is a huge double drop/low deck trailer that you might see moving companies such as Allied, Mayflower etc. using.

I'm looking for one myself for an upcoming project that if it works (and it probably will) will mean a nice tidy profit. I don't want to get into detail(for obvious reasons), but being that this trailer is high-cube, you can probably begin to drawn some conclusions.....
I was wondering if anyone knew it's GVWR? Best thing for me is to probably call Kentucky on Mon.
